Automatic door locking function in a Jetta

Guys I'm sorry if this has been asked before but the search facility wasn't doing me any favours. I just wanted to ask a question regarding the automatic door locking functions in the Jetta. I know Audi's do it but I was wondering if anyone has turned on the function whereby the doors automatically lock once you hit 15 or 20km/hr. I am keen to turn this function on if it is possible. My Jetta model can be seen in my signature below. It's funny too, I was also considering turning on the passenger side mirror dip function but I have tried the couple of methods that people have stated in another thread but obviously it's a VAGCOM function as well as the automatic door lock. Any help or advice is appreciated. If anyone has the tools to do it, and they know, can you please let me know a cost to do it. I don't mind if it is a PM either. Thanks alot guys.

Yep, well there is in the MkV Golf anyway so I assume it is the same for the Jetta (can also disable the staged unlocking too).
PM me re Vagcom, it is a 5 minute job.

My Jetta (07) has dipping mirrors. My mates gti (06) does not dip.

I had the autolock disabled at the dealership. I believe there would be no reason why you can't enable it.

The auto dipping comes with parking sensors on the Mk5's I believe. You can tick the option in VAGcom but it doesn't respond when activated in our Tiguan.

As for the auto-locking, you can activate/deactivate it through the full heigh MFD on MY08+ models. Vehicles with the half height need to be plugged into VAGcom to have the setting changed.

Thanks for the response guys. Yeah, ours has the parking sensors so I might see what it is set at once VAGCOM is hooked up. Thanks for the offer 99_FGT. I will be in touch shortly. I can't do anything this weekend as I'm out of town doing wedding preparation stuff.
