Lightweight Wheels from Taiwan?

I am thinking of getting some of these. DTM Racing Wheels - EOFY Stocktake sale! only $799/SET! BARGAIN!

They only weight 9kg but are made in Taiwan. Does this mean they will fall apart in 2 months? I know nothing about wheels anyone help here?

9kg isn't bad, my enkeis are a touch over 8kg for 19x8's
Country of Manufacture doesn't seem to worry me so much any more unless it is China.

Best bet is to google dtm wheels and known issues to see if anything pops up.
They do look a bit like replicas (DTM 073 = Ultralegarra?) from some google searches but so do VMR and they are huge now.
