Bloody banks
Bloody banks have lost money transfer to the US for new wheels. Have asked them to do a trace on it. They wanted $20.00 to do this. Eventually they did it for nothing after some heated discussions. Thier excuse is in the fine print ie; "blame another bank" or "all care no responsibility taken". When the discussion got to asking for the banking ombudsman's phone number they decided to trace the funds for free. Bloody pain in the butt though as wheels still in the US.....Rant ended
