It may be parked there under a long term parking arrangement.
Every time you see it it might appear to have not moved, however you never know what happens to it when you are not watching
Don - you are leaving yourself wide open there mate. Tassie boy here too, so not going to arc up (yep Mik, that is my muddy ex-Foz in the middle. I moved to Brissie the next weekend, left a pile of mud on the boat and all)
I know lots of the public servants move to Canberra a few months at a time, but wonder why you'd leave the car there for that long. I mean, its not like you can get lost in Canberra (well, not sober anyway)
