Another new baby

Hi all,
new baby arrived last week with 4km on the clock. They must have thrown it off the ship ! 5 door, manual, red, anthracite leather, dealer installed wife (as everytime I see her she's in the dam thing). Sooner or later I'll get a drive.
All I get now is the "dragged of a BMW at the lights today dear".
Maybe there is still a chance I can convince her to chip it.

On delivery, while doing an inspection of the new toy, we opened the hatch and there was a nice hamper of food & wine.

So far we are very happy with our decision to buy the GTi rather than the two other options we looked at - 3 MPS & XR5T.

Must go, apparently assistance is required in understanding all the functions of the trip meter.

Groan....drool Half your luck mate. Thats the exact same spec as mine (inc. wife instalation, I suspect).

That will be me in, ooh, ~7 weeks.

Nice surprise in the boot. Kudos to the dealer.

Very nice touch with the hamper - lets you remember your delivery day just a wee bit better
