Glovebox Soft Open

Hi,

Just thought I would ask a quick question, I opened my glove box on my R32 this afternoon and after starting to open slowly and softly as usual, it fell down, i think the soft open and close mechanism has either broken or detached itself from the glove box. does anyone have any ideas or suggestions to repair this?

I reckon I'll just take it to the dealer.
