Hi Everyone. Great forum! I'm back in the VW family again after I departed with my first MK4 Golf 6 years ago. After been through Golf, Rav4 and a C180 Kompressor, I'M BACK with a R32!

Nice to meet you all here. Those in Melbourne, I hope I will see you guys around. The BLACK R32 with a Euro plate V*CL 888 will be on the road by end of this month (fingers crossed).

Nicone Chungas, how long was your wait? I'm expecting my R32 in October, which will be 3-4 months wait. Which dealer to you buy from?

I got mine from the Camberwell VW. Got it down on the invoice -"To be delivered by the end of August 07". So I hope they do! I think they have one that is on the way and happens to be Black with Recaro and nothing else! lol. But I am happy with that.

Plan to:
1) Might retro fix the Sat Nav and Bluetooth later on.
2) Spray the stock 18" to dark shadow chrome
3) Air Filter? (I just think that is just a bit of Ricer habit! no offence!)
4) ... whatever more ideas I collect on this forum! lol.

Don't like to burst your bubble but there seems to be something of a common theme on this forum......VW dealers seem to regard delivery dates as works of fiction! Hope you have better success than many of us but the wait will be worthwhile!

DOH! I better start praying! The sales "supposely" finding out from the stock control and contact me today! I waited 4 months for my merc last time, and it wasn't FUN at all!! NOT AGAIN!!
