What will you do?

I park my golf on the street to go pick up something.in and out in 5 min and I saw a car reversing back to park in front of me, a very tight spot for a falcon. I walk up and see him touch my front bumper with the towing knob.I ask him to stop and have a look of it. The paint peel off, a 5 cent size no cracks.
What will you do? Ask for details exchange ,treat as an accident or just leave it coz too little to complain?
I don't know what to do but I angry because people always saying there is no damage and very rough not even apologize
I just give up and drive off as I don't want to waste my time
Just bad luck for me

Report him to the cops as a hit and run and demand payment...small things even just a minor paint job can cost $100 - 200 and also that guy should learn his lesson if he can't drive he should pay up the damages

I would NOT let him get away with it,some people have absorlutely NO respect for other peoples possetions.
