HELP!... please diagnose engine noise...

please help me to diagnose this WEIRD noise from the engine.
YouTube - vw golf mkv - engine strange sound

the engine is shaking terribly (not my hand shaking)
and the sound is scary...

recent service + mods
forge twintake (on car for 1000km)
defi boost gauge + tap
bolts for the cure for knocking subframes
lower control arm front mount
dsg service x2
spark plug
battery
engine oil

Hope you guys can help. i dont think i can drive it at all now or can i?.

What age is the engine mate?? hard to hear clearly in the post but i know from experience the high pressure fuel pump cam follower can wear away and cause seriously abnormal wear on the inlet camshaft. Get it checked further, net diagnosis isnt the way to go mate, get it to a surgeon quick.
Reason is say get it checked is if its shaking it may be a coil over plug thats gave up or it could be the above, mate you will get all sorts of responses here, have it checked properly, hope thats all it is
