    good upgrade.

i heard a standard 200sx side mount intercooler offers alot more flow than the stock item on the MK5.

Tmtuning.com does a S3 intercooler kit which bolts straight onto the existing MK5 mounting points. It's apparently 33% (don't quote me) more efficient.
I've enquired about it and it's $65USD to have it standard shipped to Australia.

if you're looking for a front mount, I have the Forge Twincooler. Despite what some people say about them, I have never had any issues. I got mine from NAMotorsport at a reasonably good price with the high flow pump shipped together. I paid $1100 shipped when the dollar wasnt so strong.

I'd definitely go the BSH or Eurojet for when you decide to upgrade the K04 to something more beastly in the future
