I'm getting very frustrated with the VW dealers.
As someone may know the dealer had mis-diagonsed the alternater issue in my car which costed me a lot to fix (http://www.vwwatercooled.org.au/f15/...own-55157.html). Now, I find out that they have mis-diagonsed another issues of my car.
As I mentioned in some of the earlier thread, my car is getting very noisy on high speed and the first dealer diagonsed it was the front wheel bearings + DSG which caused the problem (they recommanded me to change all of them). Then the second dealer diagonsed it was the left front bearing (Also recommand me to change the faulty part). However, I asked them for a quote and both of them have never supplied me a quote for the repair. Today, I took my car to my mechanic friend (who fix euro car) to have a second option. He did an inspection of my car and found out there are nth wrong with my front wheel bearing. It is the rear left wheel bearing which caused the problem.
Now my question is who should I write the complaint letter to? VW Australia/ the dealership?
