630km warning light would still be 100-150km DTE wouldn't it?

My DTE is always about 70-80kms when the light first comes one.
But I believe people here are getting around 750-800 City before the light comes on.

I made a mistake. Checked this morning.. was actually 550kms this morning with 80kms DTE. Everyone i've asked seems to get getting much better than this.. and I've tried all driving styles.
When I do longer drive the AVG is always pretty decent.. ie. 5.5 -6.5 L/100kms
(eg 40 mins + to airport or something)

It sounds like you just have a really bad commute route
