New Feature on the RCD500 Radio?!?

Around a fortnight ago the RCD500 radio in my Golf decided to develop a new feature of each station having it's own preset volume level without me changing any settings. What's strange is not only is intermintent but the difference in volume varies each time.

Any ideas before I add it to the list of issues for when I take it to the dealer?

hahahaha same with mine - have no idea and thought perhaps its time for my warranty to finally pay for itself!

Hmmm... I wonder if I could push for a RNS510 to be installed under warranty with the threat of legal action from hearing loss. Hahahaha.

i called the dealer and he said you need to plug the unit in to upgrade any firmwire etc

Said he hadnt come across the issue.. ill get it looked at next service
