R32 - racing harness

Hi Guys, I'm looking at installing racing harnesses in the Mk5
Not sure where to mount them in the rear, also I remember reading that the shoulder (rear) straps should be mounted horizontally and not on the floor behind the seats
Any information will be greatly appreciated

I had a bar made for my MK1 to locate the shoulder straps correctly.
