Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

I will be pulling the carsales ad now that we have decided to keep it for the time been.

As nice as a turbo jetta would be, i have a few other cars on my radar.

We will be looking to sell our house towards the end of next year so once it sells we will have a bit more money to play with when looking for a new car.

I've always wanted a R36 wagon but the new Golf R's do look nice.

But the one that has caught my attention lately is the New Jetta.

So the coilovers are more of a "keep me happy item" than trying to make it fast.

I just love the look of a jetta that's nice and low with a good set of rims with a bit of poke.

      Haha you understand me!

Great to know someone else rocking a blue graphite Jetta; I am in the same boat regarding enjoying this car but also having an eye to the future.
