CAN BUS upgrade installation TROUBLES

Greetings all, I installed the can bus gateway as given on my-gti.com and when I tried to recode it using Vag Com it says "Error 22 Coding Rejected ,Conditions Not Correct or Request Sequence Error" If I run a faults scan, the options which I tried re-coding in can bus on Vag Com say " status: not registered 0001"

I have a '06 2.0 Golf TDI DSG with the useless RCD-300 and wanted to install the RCD-310 which required the can bus gateway upgrade.

Could anyone please help! Thanks in advance.

I would double check you have all of the correct settings from the old can-bus correct first - when I did mine I got a weird error because I missed a function.

Enter a workshop code and it'll allow you to complete the job. Look at the convenience controller for an example or just enter

Seems to be a case of my bad luck. I swopped a gateway out of a mates car and done the upgrade no worries as per my-gti.com The place I bought it from will send me a replacement unit. Happy days again guys. Thanks.
