Jerky acceleration in DSG MKV R32?

Hi all...just received my R32 last night!

i noticed when i was driving home that when accelerating from standstill with a little gusto...it would like pause for a split second without much before really going.

I noticed this on some that i test drove and not in others...could it be the mechatronic problem? Should i be able to put foot down in d mode without any issue in power delivery?

To be clear with what the issue may be, it would be good if you could provide more details in regard to the car.

Kms?
Service history? (date of last service etc).
Check with the dealer who serviced it for service record and any advised issues by previous owner. (check with the previous owner if you can)
Any mods made to the car?

Gday Steve,

It's done 34000 kms.
I'm hoping I can check with VW whether the mechatronic unit has been replace...coming out of warranty in late Dec.
No mods.
