air con outlet

the silver dial on my air con outlet on the driver and passenger sides and the one at the back of the mid console for the rear seat are broken. can i just replace the silver dials or i need to buy the whole outlet? where can i go get fix without going through dealers?

How come their all broken, sounds like some ones a bit rough using the air conditioning , i dont think you can just buy the Dials ?
