  • Heated Leather Sports Seats

I've ordered these for my car.
Never had heated seats before - how good are they, do they heat up quickly, etc, etc.

    Any feedback would be appreciated.

    Hi geoffp,

I used my heated seats ( Recaros) on friday night for the first time. within 2 minutes you can feel a complete diff. My wife is a cold frog and loves them.

we setting on 1 ( lowest ) and were plenty hot enough for a cold wet winter night in sydney.

Wife thought my 3dr r32 was too fast for her and she did not like it.

Now she shuts her eyes and concentrates on being 'warm'

just other reason to own one..

    cheers

have heated leather 'sport' seats in MY05 Golf 2.0TDi Sportline - love them in the cold weather. I use them the most on the cold mornings when you first get in - you dont really need to wait for the a/c heating to come on because you are already warm by then. They take about 2 mins to heat up and make you feel like you have wet yourself if you have them on too hot! .... even in Queensland!

        thanks guys,
can't wait for the 'wet myself' feeling - saab must be on the right track then

nice to know that I can warm up quickly without having to wait for the engine to heat up first.
