Hey Cam, I seen that rims on GTI too...it looks very good. Did you put on 17" or 18"? And do you know how much it weight? I looking for some light rims....at least have to be lighter than the startard GTI rims.

Not 100 % sure on the weight of the wheels but I would guess they would be around 8 kgs each without the tyre. They are a 17" x 7.5" and fitted them with 215/45/17 Kumho tyres, they have completely changed the feel of the vehicle from the OEM rims and tyres. It rides and handles really well and the tyres are extremely quiet for a directional pattern. I'm sure if you give one of the wheel places a call they'd be able to tell you how much they weigh in comparison to standard GTI rims. In case you're wondering how I know, it's because I'm Cam's Dad and I was with him when he had them fitted to the car.

They remind me of the Passat CC wheels, but are obviously a little (?) different.
