  • Parrot CK3000 Bluetooth

    Hi All

Has anyone installed the Parrot CK3000 bluetooth kit using the quickconnect plug and play harness and steering wheel control unit in a MKV Golf?

    VW-Audi Phone Button Activation Kit
    Bluetooth Retrofit for your VW

If so, are features and performance ok? Where did you mount the mic? Are there any better bluetooth options that I need to consider?

    I have a 2008 MY09 GTI with RCD500 radio.

    Thanks.

Also found this on ebay which seems like it does the same job at a reasonable price:

      Hey Doink.

I have the CK3000 and it's very good. I know there are fiscon and factory units that do stuff inside the MFD but they a a lot more.

That's an excellent price for the the CK3000 and the steering wheel loom. I'm about to pickup one of those looms myself.

I've got the CK3000 integrated as well, it came with the car so unsure of what loom it had used (I think it was a genuine Parrot). Seems to work well, no display its all done on voice recognition. Mic is mounted at the top of the A pillar and people say I sound ok.

I also have this unit in my car. It works great. I bought the car with it fitted so can't comment on the fitting confit.
