      What he said ^^^

      Complain to the Government

Although I don't understand how Peugeot bring in HDi's with Particluate Filters ???

Also the Crafter and Caddy (optional) have particulate filters.
I don't really know if the engines are different tech than the passenger range or the CVs can take poor diesel quality ??

BTW BlueTec is the name of the intiative VW call their new TDI Clean TDI for vehicles with NOx filters and BlueTDI for vehicles with SCR tech check FAQ in VWW Lounge for more info

Please correct me if i am wrong ...arent particulate filters fitted to the common rail systems. Doesnt the 1.9 & 2.0 VW diesels have their own unique fuel pump/injector system that doesnt require a particulate filter ???/ ....Bazz

          Hi Bazz,

I think your right but the above quote is the reason VW are changing all 4cyl Diesels to Common Rail technology. (plus I don't think particulate systems can be fitted by VW or anyone else without costing heaps of $$$$$$$)

EU Laws are getting very strict for the Automakers
