CAN bus gateway

looking to replace my CAN bus in MY06 GTI for a RNS510 install. Tried getting one from Skoda Parts, but received this reply,

Just get a more recent one like AE, AF or similar.

Ebay USA has them (I just bought one). Cheaper than Skoda parts. This an AD which will do the trick.

After you include the postage charges, the prices are the about the same (I just paid $A127 @ Skodateile vs. $A129 @ Ebay).

Sorry Zebby, Charlie and I must've got the last ones they had! If you do get one from overseas, don't forget to ensure it gets recoded for RHD.

I contacted Skoda as well last night, he says he is currently sold out but is expecting more gateways next week and to contact him again then.

Just ordered from this supplier as well as Skoda still hasn't gotten back to me. How long did yours take to come? I'm just waiting on this for my install now.
