Brand new Black Jetta 103TDI

So I bought a jetta 103 tdi last Saturday, and due to pick it up the end of this week, hopefully on 20/8/10.

Very excited, and can't wait to drive it. Upgrading from my 11 year old ford festiva, so it'll be a bit of a change.

Will keep you all posted on how it goes...

Just got an email from the dealer, saying "slight delay on the quarantine stage of all cars at the docks by 1 week"...

Major disappointment!!!

You're in a lucky position where you can ask for a "carbon clean" every service to prevent the build up of gunk in your EGR flap/intake manifold.

Nice ride.
I would be contacting Custom Code to see if they have any options for the Jetta.
I believe they have a DPF delete and tune which removes the annoying DPF issues and allows a greater amount of power and torque.

OMG,I thought my Jetta waas a major upgrade from a Holden Astra Olympic edition sedan ....

Have now upgraded again to a Honda Accord Euro,after the hail took my Jetta away.

Car was supposed arrive at dealership on Wednesday (25th), but as of end of business it hadnt arrived yet, and is expected to come in today (26th). But I spoke to the sales guy and he assures me that they'll do everything they can to get the car to me by Friday.

Finally picked up my Jetta today! Was a bit nervous driving out of Essendon in peak hour traffic, but loving it so far!
