you can see it once you pull the lining of the roof off.....most of the factory fitted ones the rails are more sturdy and the finishing on the roof seems are much more stronger.....

Looking at that one it would more than likely be a factory fitted, but bear in mind that unless the car leaves the actual factory with a sunroof installed then it will most likely be fitted by a professional installer here in Australia anyway. My son had an '07 Comfortline similar to the one in your link, he had an aftermarket sunroof fitted which had the same features (tilt and slide) but his one had push buttons for controlling the operation instead of the turning dial in the factory fitted, they used the original roof lining material to cover the internal sliding panel but it didn't have the open louvre part at the front like the factory one either. When we went to pick his car up they had a brand new Audi there which a local dealer had sent to them for an install of what would have been (as I understood it from the installer) sold to the buyer as factory fitted.

I would check the factory sticker on the car (in the bottom of the boot on my Jetta, and also in the manual) which list all the equipments and features that are put in at the factory - also you will need to Google or search this forum on how to interpret the codes on that sticker.
