Does anyone know much about the multi-function steering wheel of the 2006 Jetta? I tried to change tracks on the steering wheel but it doesn't seem to have that function!!

2006 Models missed out on quiet a few things... and that would include a button to change tracks. But then again the actual button or knob is only a few inches away... -
Hmm are you sure anthony? When i got my Jetta i couldn't figure out how to change tracks and then i realised the screen has to be on the right setting thingy. You've got the 1) Trip computer 2) Settings and 3) Audio. To change tracks with the steering wheel you need to have the screen on Audio.Comment

Okay so thats the steering wheel from a GLI, however the steering wheel buttons in your Jetta are the same. The 4 buttons on the right hand side of the wheel are 'mode' 'ok' 'up' and 'down'. The mode button is the one you want (top left of the 4 buttons, it looks like 3 or 4 horizontal bars). Press the mode button and it will switch between the trip computer, audio and settings (settings is only accessible if the car is stationary). When the mode is set on audio it will enable you to change the track on your CD. Let me know if you need anymore help with it.Comment
