Agree 100% you cant beat the response of an NA. And let me correct myself before I get crucified!!!! Yes there is LAG but it is stuff all... what maybe a tenth of a seccond or two.
As the comment was first mentioned, I would not consider the LAG being a major con when there is minimal lag compared to say an Evo, WRX or even an R26.

There is substantially more lag in the pirelli/s3/r compared to a GTI which has minimal lag. I'm not saying the lag is massive on the pirelli but it is noticeable.

Turbo Lag vs N/A is relevant, and since pirelli share the same engine as S3/Golf R so is that.

Yes, the Pirelli has lag but the new R doesn't.
