very interesting about the APR Headers!!! 20kw? the stock headers must be really restrictive... sounds like a long shot
That's what i though about the headers. I initially got told 38kw!!! I was being conservative and wrote 20kw. Be a nice gain if that is what they get....all for about $3k.

REVO reckons on a 12-14kw gain, Powerchip 7kw, APR don't have anything yet (last time i checked). The pom's seem to think REVO is the go, not just for power gain, but also for drivability. I only have local access to powerchip (thru my VW dealer!), but would like to give the Revo one a go, even tho George cannot confirm he has my version of software available (long way to Sydney to get told no!). Am inclined to wait on APR as most of the guys on the forum rate them very highly!

awesome to see the R32 on the road. Love the rear end shot in your 1st pic. Whilst you guys were cruising, i was working for mine

The Mk4 is hot...love the dish on those rims!

Pity i am miles from anywhere, bit hard to cruise one up...

imo from powerchip experience do yourself a favour and keep far far away from it!

wait 3-6 months more and im sure giac and apr will come up with something much more smoother/substantial gains compared to the rest (they usually do)

powerchip = bad.. ill have some proof of that posted up shortly
            What’s behind you doesn’t matter..

That was my impression as well. Seem to just sell "off the shelf" and don't know a thing about the cars they are talking about.

Have to ,imo, that George at Revo really didn't seem to fussed to help me out either...one ittle boy on the country mustn't mean much. I have even got all the details of what software revision i have and he still wants me to travel to "have a look".

Totally agree about Powerchip. Had one ... got a refund.

Definently, not only do they usually run horrible fuel maps and rediculous timing (Tuning on the fly with knock sensor anyone?) they seem to just pluck their power figures out of the air. Or maybe roll some dice? Big waste of money. (I've seen their work on mates NA cars and they were bitterly dissapointed)

                    Comparison ...

As I said ... had Powerchip removed ... same day went to Guy's place and had the 6 hr trial. MAN!!!! Different beast altogether! With APR I couldn't stop grinning and used up the 6 hours in one day.
