Gt Sport TSI Wheels

I'm new to the VWW forum, thanks for having me aboard.

I've a Candy White 2008 GT Sport TSI. I'm looking at getting new wheels on the car - currently 17x7 225/45, offset 50p, lcd 112.

I am having enormous trouble finding wheels (in Brisbane). I believe I can go 18x8 with a 45 offset, but it is the 112 that seems to be the problem with the few wheel dealers I've spoken to.

I'm thinking of gun-metal or black with silver lip. Thoughts on my choices here ?

Suggestions on the overall wheel problem that I am having, as well as possible brands selections or ones to avoid.

BBS, OZ, VMR are up there with the better brands.

I find that it all comes down to how much you're prepared to spend. Also a good idea to look abroad as the currency is strong and normally get it cheaper landed inc. GST, Duty etc.
