Possibly in the market for a 2006 R32. How much would you say a 2006 R32, with sun roof and sat nav with only 32,000kms on it would be worth. i.e This one! Or do you think $42,000 is what it's worth?

Personally I wouldn't pay over $40k for a 2006 model golf but that's just me. Ultimately its what it is worth to you that matters. That one looks to be in exceptional condition so if that's important to you and it checks out fine then perhaps its worth $42k...
As usual, search on redbook to get market value then search on carsales to see what the real-world value is at the moment.... normally based on supply/demand.
As an indication, several people on this forum recently got 2008 model pirellis with 7000kms on them for under $40k. I realise these examples aren't R32s but its a reference point. There are some minor advantages of a MY08 model Golf over a MY07 (and previous).... do a search and you'll find some threads with this information. -
