can this 16” Volkswagen Tiguan Alloy Wheels with Bridgestone Tyres 215/65/16 fit the mkv?

It will fit the stud pattern (which is the PCD) but you need to find out what the offset (or ET) number is to determine if they will truly fit without hitting anything.

Tiguan rims are ET33
GolfV are ET47

The Tiguan rim offset is quite low compared to the golf.
You would need to shave off the inside of the hub to get it to fit from memory.
