don't know if they just said that because they don't have stock or they don't know... as they sell the pirelli steering wheel!! so how "restricted" can they be?
I asked them a few further questions... and this is what they said...

In a good stereo setup you usually fade the rear speakers off, better than having the stock crap ones on anyway IMO. You could always upgrade the doors later but not much point if u don't have passengers often.
Ps prob just have to code the rns510 again, should work off the head unit.
