Just had this done on my R32. The car only had a couple of issues to be looked at when it went in. I wanted to see if the dealer had 2700 firmware for the RNS (they didn't), it had developed an occasional rattle and the headlights were no longer aiming correctly, but were always setting themselves to the lowest possible setting. Turned out the rattle and headlights were related...the sensor that decides just where to aim them was in the process of falling off.
