I want to put some 17" on my TDI but am yet to find someone in Perth that does have rims for VW at a reasonable price .............. not a rip off

Those are the standard 18"s and a bugger to clean.
Murphy's Creek road is at the other end of Toowoomba from the range (heading out towards Crow's Nest and Cabarlah). It rejoins the highway to Brisbane just outside Withcott. It';s the alternate road if the range is closed.
Well worth a drive (and much less "blue" traffic than the range).Comment
