Anyone on this forum been having trouble with Diverter valves or PCV valves failing once flashed with APR/GIAC/REVO software??

Standard DVs can fail under std boost. Any company selling flash software should be encouraging you to fit an uprated DV.

Not heard of the PCVs failing due to increased boost.

Is this a couple of codes thrown up post flash?

Its true a dv can fail on a near new car let alone one with more power. By the same token its not uncommon for a oem dv to last forever even with extra boost.

So if your DV has failed then you can replace it with oem or go with an aftermarket valve, the only argument with going with aftermarket is the less likelyhood that you will have any problems again.

It would be suggested to get your ecu checked for error codes this usually pinpoints the problems, you may just have split vacuum lines its very common for these lines to fail in a short space of time.
