Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Finally Here!!!

    The new beast - My R32 has finally arrived!!!.

    Picked it up this afternoon - loving it...... Sounds like nothing else on the road and goes like a cut cat (even with only 20Km on the clock when I got it....)

    Piccies and more impressions over the weekend, if I can tear myself away for long enough...

    First off though feels well planted and quick as.

                Whoops - 5 Door, I looked at Recaros in the 3 door, and they don't tilt-slide properly so with a 15year old who is 6'2, a 5 door it had to be (and personally I think it looks more "balanced" with 5 doors) - This is not a hit at the 3 doors btw Just my opinion.

                Followed a Red GTI for a while on Mt. Nebo today - they do look well planted when you are following them.
