While researching about the electromechanical power steering issue I had recently, I came across a self study booklet in PDF format. I found it interesting reading.

Are there any other self study program booklets related to Mark V and where can I get source these from?

I'll have a dig around at work. I'm pretty sure I've got a few doubles of the SSPs in hardcopy colour booklets. Actually, I might have a disc with a whole heap on it. PM me.

Normally, they're on the VW Academy website, but this is for registered VW technicians only.

Yeah there's heaps, but you generally have to buy them from Erwin etc. where you buy time. You can't save the PDF there as it is time locked to what you buy, can print though!

Somehow I converted spdf files to pdf. I had that problem 3-4 years ago and someone had the converter available, just google for it.
