milltek non resonated pipe

Hi, i would like to know if anyone tried using r32 non resonated pipe connect on a GTI stock muffler.


will it fit?

Most Millteks don't mate with standard pipe diameters.

Have a look at the systems and you can see they are very different. Any exhaust shop would delete a silencer for a lot less than a Milltek pipe.

stock pirelli exhaust are quite loud. is there anything louder then that?

Try a VR6 with a straight pipe mate, immense drone below 3000rpm but sounds gold on full throttle and back-fires and pops with a lick of flames on a down-shift. Your choice really

I've since put 2 more mufflers in anyway, you'll find that with your newer car the sound insulation will be considerably better as opposed to an older car so its really almost open season on an un-restricted exhaust on one of these turbo'ed cars.

Drone is different to LOUD.

Drone is that deep hollow sound you hear from Hondas and Skylines with a fart can on the back.

Drone drives you nuts as it is like having your head in a trash can.

Golfs should be smooth and refined like the stock exh systems
