Reasons to have scissor doors:

A.) Your car is >= 2 meters wide therefore creating a necessity for ease of opening doors in tight spaces. Note in this situation your doors should open directly upwards and remain basically within the track of the car.

B.) Your car has poor rearwards visibility necessitating the need to have a door open when reversing and/or sitting on the sill when reversing. Having a door that opens outwards in this situation would hinder or completely destroy maneuverability.

C.) You have a Lamborghini Countach, Diablo and/or Murciélago which satisfies both A and B above.

D.) Rude comment describing the type of person that fits scissor doors to a car that didn't come with them from the factory and/or doesn't meet either A and/or B above.

When most of the Lambo's sold don't have "Lambo" doors, I think it spells Foxtrot Alpha India Lima.

They're a Lamborghini (even though part of the VAG) trademark. It's like putting Angel Eyes on a car that didn't come with them (gonna feel a backlash soooon...).

That's because the Gallardo is only 1.9m wide and has something resembling a rear window. Therefore this negates my points A and B above.

lambo doors are the very essence of fail. the extract of fail you might say.

the only thing they are good for is not denting someones door when u park too close to them or they park too close to you...but then again they shouldnt have parked so close to you in the first place should they
