Whiteline goodness

Dropped by "WORX Automotive" yesterday and had a sway bar installed. Went with the 24mm h/duty adjustable rear sway.

Currently running stock suspension setup which i believe was already very good - just wanted to upgrade the OEM sway for a stiffer feel around the corners.

What can i say; its not a placebo feeling at all

Cheap mod that has made a HUGE difference - the OEM one was about 1/3rd its weight - so i better lay off the cheeseburgers for awhile

Will also upgrade the front when whiteline decide to make one!

I fitted a rear 22mm Whiteline last weekend, put it on the stiffest setting.
Initially I didnt notice 'much' difference until I looked at the speedo on normal bends, hmm, quite a few kk's faster.
With spirited driving I am finding corner exit a lot neater and placement a lot tighter.
Just what the R32 needed Running 42psi all round.
Traction seems to be limited by my tyres now

shows the diff between the standard 22mm hollow bar and the 22mm solid whiteline bar to be 80% stiffer, the 24mm to be about 120% on same setting points.

Yeah sway bars are good, i've got my rear on hard and front on soft on a mk5 R32..

ps Bazzle Haldex helps a lot, as you'll notice even with good tyres they slip and dont have that complete grip/traction feel when you're getting up it.
