Yes. You will need to find someone that does paint correction so they can be removed. Make sure the products being used are designed for ceramic paints and do not contain fillers. If the products do contain fillers then the marks will return about a month later

Can someone explain to me how many times you can "detail" your car. I understand that on top of your paint work there is a layer of clear coat. Wouldn't repetitive polishing/detailing and to a greater extent cutting of this result in the end in removing your clear coat?

I haven't yet got the snow foam thing working pre-wash as I think this requires a pressurised water spray. But I do soak the car with detergent pre-wash by other means before using a lambs wool mitt and 2 buckets for the washing.

I would be interested to find out about the above to make sure I'm doing all I can to keep the car in good condition.

Yes buffing will remove some clear coat. How much depends on how hard you buff the area. Usually it takes off very very little and you could buff a car once a year for about 10 years before you started to run into problems.

            Thanks Dan.

Doubt that I will need the buff anytime soon, but good to know the number of times I can have it done.
