Sorry guys but i'm going to have to close this tread down. It seems to be going in a continuous cycle with no definitive answer to the argument.

There are always going to be 2 point of views; the people who like using them because they look cool (I fall in this category) and the others who resent using them because of how annoying and illegal they are. In the end, it's up to the user whether they want to run the risk of both breaking the law and annoying other drivers by using their fog lights.
