Not personally, but I know lots of people that recomend them. They aren't cheap, but quality workmanship never is.\

I would most certainly pay the added expense if it was to be done professionally and correctly. Why compromise handling and wear of your tyres, over a few bucks.

I can recommend Chapel Tyres in StKilda (Goodyear Dealer), ask for Sam. A guy there use work at a VW dealer. They did a 4 Wheel alignment and balance rotation on a 2.0FSI Golf for $90. Have latest laser aligmnent. Never had any issues with them after 7 years of using them.

I just did a front and rear wheel alignment and all 4 wheels balanced at Bob Jane T-Marts in Perth and paid $93 for the lot.

This did include a 25% discount though.

CAn anyone advise MkV GTI alignment settings for spirited road driving? How much neg camber have people run without killing tyres and handliong, any caster or toe adjustments? Or are the factory settings the best - not something I've found to be true previously.

My fronts are slightly feathering at the moment so I'm due for an alignment/balance soon.

The closest (and probably most reputable) down here is Bob Jane.
Hopefully it will only be around the $90-$100 mark.
