Manual servicing costs

Hi guys

Just trying to decide whether we go down the dsg path or manual with our upcoming Jetta purchase. We are looking to buy a 2nd hand 1-2 year old black Jetta TDI.
I have read about the expensive service costs when a dsg service is involved, and wondered what reduction in servicing costs there are with a manual?
