Anyone in Melbourne that can help me get Auto Rain Closing on my MKV Golf?

Hi.
I'm new to this forum, so let me introduce myself... I'm in Melbourne and currently drive an '06 Golf GTI... For the last couple of years, i've been trying to get my dealer to do this Auto Rain Closing for Windows and Sunroof... but they have no idea...

So I was hoping there's someone whose in Melbourne that's done this? and any chance you can help me get this option. I don't have the full MFD, so need VAG-COM to both activate and enable the function.
