Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.
Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.
We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Have a look at the TM Tuning website. They have some available there.
I like the look of them, but i'd get the lights without the turning function.. The delayed reaction of the motion sensor would annoy me. (as evident on a video I watched)
Remember these prices are US$Last edited by maca; 31-03-2009, 08:56 PM.2002 Volkswagen Bora V5 - 2007 Mazda 3 GT - 1998 Ford Contour Sport - 2010 Volkswagen Jetta 2.0T - 2013 Volkswagen Passat 130TDI - 2015 Ford Escape 1.5 - 2016 Subaru WRX - 2018 Volkswagen Golf R Wolfsburg Wagon

Yep got them on my TR 3dr. Looks great! Got mine at a very decent price second hand as the owner no longer had a Golf
Still to install the autoleveller and still need to get the washer kit. All up, still a whole heap less than OEM Xenons...
Note that the ones that turn (left and right) are halogens and not Xenons. The motor for the turning function fits in the same place as the Xenon ballasts. You can however get the turning ones and then install a set of third party HID with the ballasts off the light housing themselves. Someone in the US did it to their Jetta.Last edited by dodgey; 02-04-2009, 05:31 PM.

Any chance of some pics? Any difference in light quality?
Just trying to toss up between the non mechanical ones or the standard black out type.2002 Volkswagen Bora V5 - 2007 Mazda 3 GT - 1998 Ford Contour Sport - 2010 Volkswagen Jetta 2.0T - 2013 Volkswagen Passat 130TDI - 2015 Ford Escape 1.5 - 2016 Subaru WRX - 2018 Volkswagen Golf R Wolfsburg Wagon
