    wont work because it needs to be Can + Hex. That is only for older model VAG cars. Ross tech is the only place to get them

          It's defiantly a knock off, don't buy it as you can't upgrade the software and you'll blow your $130. The proper cable and software is around $350 delivered.

            Non genuine ones are usually around $20 on ebay! So if you want cheap buy a cheap one. That one seems to be expensive for what it is.
            The major expense of the original one is in its abilty to unlock the genuine software. Not the actual device its self.
