R32 cluster into GTI/Jetta

As per title, I'm curious as to whether a MK5 R32 dash cluster will fit the GTI/Jetta. Will the MFD display work? Because on some clusters, I have seen the MFD with a line in the middle, making the display look like 2 separate displays. Mine is just the one large rectangle....

Also, where would one source an R32 dash cluster?

the MFD will work but the hard part is coding the new cluster (immoboliser) - you'd need a very friendly dealer!

You might also have a lot of difficulty with the tacho signal - Internally its wired for 6 cylinders.

I suppose you could install an R32 engine - that would solve the problem
