Stage 2 APR query

Hi guys,

So I have sourced a X-Force 3" TBE exhaust which I am getting fitted next week, together with a Forge DV.

I am currently Stage 1 with APR, and I will need Stage 2 software uploaded.

The place that is installing it tells me that the Stage 2 software is free, only if you purchase and fit an APR exhaust.

To my understanding, stage 2 was free to existing customers no matter who the downpipe/exhaust is purchased from or who fits it.

I don't mind paying the fee they are asking, which is around the $60 mark, but I just want clarification as to whether this is correct.

Any help would be appreciated

Aleksii - If you dont buy the exhaust off them, they will generally charge you 40 minutes labour (thats the time it takes them to load your software).

Most workshops charge a minimum one hour. Thats fairly common for this.
