Glad to hear it has settled down Paul.

I do tend to (as Polar suggests) go to the horrendously busy South Perth BP, and haven't had a bad tank (that i've noticed) yet.

oh, and take some before & after pics of this Sunday's spring activities please

          Thats polar spec for sure!

I figure if all of the sound deadening adds up to 8kg thats 8kg of fuel that travels in my car for free!

My ultimate goal is some super lightweight 16's to shave my 0-100 into the 6's even with the back seats in.

PS....while you guys are sleeping....im cutting weight. Chip chip chip chip chip. BZZZZZZZZZZZZZ chip chip chip chip WWWIRRRRRRRRRRRR

Scraping sound deadener takes 100x longer than you expect. 8 hours work. 2kg saved!
I'll bet you actually saved more than 2Kg ! Did you remember to weigh yourself before and after all that hard work ? - you would have lost some weight yourself (and maybe that is the direction you need to go next in your relentless pursuit of the "add lightness" goal ? )

If I was dedicated enough I could probably take off nearly 20Kg of useless flab (and be much healthier for it too)

He's already done that, if you search on here or golfmkv you'll find the post where he's lost 20kg

What he needs to do is cleanse before each drive and only wear DT's.
